+1 / −1 day means the next / previous date.
A skipped clock hour is blank; a repeated hour is shown once.
How to use it
Put the place whose day you are planning first, then add the other places, up to six. The date follows that first place. Outlined columns are hours when everyone is at work. If no hour fits everyone, the suggested starts have the most places at work and, among those, the fewest places at night.
Use Copy to paste the selected time into an invite, or share the page address. The grid uses 9 AM to 5 PM working days. It doesn't know about weekends or public holidays, so check with your guests before booking.
Tips for common combinations
- US and Europe: start with the US morning and European afternoon. Check the actual date: the US and UK change their clocks on different dates.
- US and India: try the US morning and India's evening. If the working days do not meet, ask which side can move outside 9 to 5.
- Europe and Asia: try the European morning. Check the Asian row before moving the meeting later.
- US coasts: late morning on the East Coast often fits the West Coast's morning. Use the date you plan to meet.
